Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer $4 US Mail First Class flat rate shipping to United States of America. Free First Class Shipping over $35. No shipping outside of the United States.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $35 within Fargo, ND and Pelican Rapids, MN area. For orders under $35, we charge $8 for local delivery. Deliveries are made from 12pm-6pm on Tuesday thru Thursday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
No In-store pickups currently.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@secondavenuecandles.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
